From the mountain to the Bottle

Our mushrooms are cultivated in the Serra da Estrela — Portugal’s highest mountain region — where clean air, altitude, and slower growth cycles allow them to develop naturally and fully.

Once harvested, they are brought to Glastonbury, England, where each batch is carefully extracted and prepared in small runs. This is where cultivation becomes craft.

Extraction is carried out using a deliberate combination of water and alcohol, and finished using water drawn from the White Well in Glastonbury — long known as Avalon — chosen for its purity, consistency, and association with renewal.

Grown with patience. Made with intention. Bottled simply, without unnecessary additions.

Why Avalon Earth Exists

Avalon Earth wasn’t created to follow the wellness industry.

It was created in response to a world that moves too fast, demands too much, and leaves people overstimulated, disconnected, and worn down.

Mushrooms offer a quieter intelligence. They don’t force, stimulate, or override — they support, restore, and balance. Avalon Earth exists to make that intelligence accessible in a simple, dependable form, for everyday life.

The Road to Avalon

Avalon is the name given to a place of restoration — a land woven into British myth as a sanctuary where healing, renewal, and balance were possible.

For centuries, Glastonbury has been identified with Avalon: a meeting point of land, water, and story. Not as an escape from the world, but as a reminder that harmony can be restored when we move in alignment with nature rather than against it.

The road to Avalon, then, is not a destination. It is a way of walking — choosing patience over speed, depth over excess, and care over force.

Mushrooms reflect this same principle. They work quietly, restoring systems, breaking down what no longer serves, and supporting renewal without domination or disruption.

Avalon Earth exists to walk that road in practical terms — grounding ancient ideas of restoration in simple, carefully made remedies for everyday life.

Avalon Earth began during a period when my life had stopped working. Years of pressure, intensity, and forcing myself forward had taken their toll — and eventually, everything gave way.

What followed wasn’t a sudden answer, but a recovery. A gradual process of learning how to live again without pushing against myself, and without trying to override what my body and mind were asking for.

Mushrooms became central to that recovery because of how they work. They don’t fight collapse or decay — they transform it. They take what has broken down and make it usable again. That principle felt deeply relevant, not just personally, but in a wider world that often tries to solve exhaustion by applying more force.

Avalon Earth grew from a commitment to a different approach. To create remedies that support recovery rather than pressure, and steadiness rather than intensity. To help people reconnect with nature — forests, water, land — and with their own capacity to regain balance over time.

This work isn’t about fixes or promises. It’s about creating the conditions for recovery, taken day by day, in a way that respects both people and place.

Rooted in recovery. Shaped by patience. Made with care.
