Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy

At Avalon Earth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return items and receive a refund.


1. Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving them.

You will be responsible for the cost of return postage.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

2. Exclusions

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Opened, used, or unsealed tinctures or consumable products, unless they are faulty or damaged.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing greetings@avalonearth.com.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

In these cases, Avalon Earth will cover return postage costs.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.

You will receive confirmation once your refund has been issued.

5. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email greetings@avalonearth.com with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
