Chaga (Inonotus obliquus)

Chaga is a highly concentrated functional mushroom, best known for its exceptionally high antioxidant content and its role in supporting immune resilience and physical endurance.

Chaga contains large amounts of polyphenols and melanin, compounds that have been shown in studies to reduce oxidative stress and support cellular protection. Oxidative stress is linked to fatigue, inflammation, and accelerated ageing, making antioxidant support central to long-term resilience.

Chaga also contains beta-glucans, which have been shown in research to support immune cell activity and immune balance.
