Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus)

Lion’s Mane is one of the most clinically studied mushrooms for cognitive clarity and mental performance. Human trials have shown measurable improvements in memory, focus, and overall cognitive scores, particularly in adults experiencing mental fatigue or mild cognitive decline.

These effects are linked to Lion’s Mane’s unique compounds, hericenones and erinacines, which have been shown to stimulate nerve growth factor (NGF) — a key protein involved in neuron health, signalling, and repair.

Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum)
