Together, these four formulations cover mental, physical, emotional, and energetic aspects of wellbeing without overlap or excess. The Elemental Collection offers a simple, coherent way to support the whole system at any time, regardless of season or circumstance.

• Standard dose: 2 droppers (≈2 ml) daily, morning preferred.
• Enhanced Dose: 3–4 droppers daily in times of high stress.
• Method: Hold under the tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing, or add to water, tea, or smoothies.
