• Standard dose: 2 droppers (≈2 ml) daily, morning preferred.
• Enhanced Dose: 3–4 droppers daily in times of high stress.
• Method: Hold under the tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing, or add to water, tea, or smoothies.

All mushrooms are 100% fruiting bodies, extracted using multi-stage extraction methods to make both water-soluble and alcohol-soluble compounds available. Botanical herbs are selected for quality, compatibility, and traditional use within each formulation.

Each tincture is extracted using a blend of food-grade alcohol and Avalon Water, forming a balanced solvent system that supports stability, clarity, and full-spectrum extraction across the collection.
