Select from single-mushroom Elemental tinctures aligned to core systems of air (mind), fire (spirit), earth (body), and water (emotion), or from seasonal blends inspired by the Wheel of the Year. Each tincture is formulated to reflect a specific phase of growth, rest, or renewal.

Every tincture is crafted as a 1:3 double extraction, using organic fruiting bodies and traditional extraction methods to deliver reliable, full-spectrum support. The Duo is designed for flexibility — allowing you to address two priorities at once, split use across the day, or adapt your routine as needs change.

UK delivery: dispatched from our UK depot via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Flat rate: £4.50 per order, no matter how many bottles you buy.
Speed: 1–2 working days from dispatch.
Dispatch times: orders placed before 2 pm (Mon–Fri) are usually sent the same day.
