Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus)

Lion’s Mane is one of the most well-studied mushrooms for cognitive function, with human clinical trials showing measurable improvements in focus, motivation, and mental clarity.

These effects are linked to hericenones and erinacines, compounds shown to stimulate nerve growth factor (NGF), supporting the brain–body connection involved in drive, intention, and purposeful action.

Hawthorn Blossom (Crataegus spp.)
