Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum)

Reishi is one of the most extensively studied medicinal mushrooms, with human clinical studies showing measurable benefits for fatigue, sleep quality, and immune regulation.

Reishi contains beta-glucans, which have been shown in human studies to support immune balance by regulating immune cell activity, rather than overstimulating it.
