Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum)

Reishi is one of the most extensively studied medicinal mushrooms for stress regulation, immune balance, and nervous system support. Human and animal studies have shown that Reishi’s bioactive compounds help modulate cortisol response, support sleep quality, and reduce physiological markers of stress.

Its primary actives — triterpenes and beta-glucans — interact with immune and neuroendocrine pathways, supporting resilience without stimulation. This makes Reishi particularly suited to periods of rest, recovery, and immune restoration.

Shiitake (Lentinula edodes)
